OCGOSAKA CLASSIC GARAGEEUROPE → USA
USA · Inspection & Trust

WE INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE YOU OWN THE PROBLEM.

OCG is on the European side of the deal: seller screening, physical inspection, paperwork review, a clear buy / no-buy recommendation and agreed transport to the export port. Your broker takes over the U.S. side.

What the inspection covers

A car, not a listing.

Identity & documentsVIN, ownership papers, build-date evidence, seller identity and visible document inconsistencies.
Body & paintPanel fit, corrosion, accident signs, paint-depth readings where appropriate and repair quality.
Underside & structureRust, damage, leaks, suspension condition, mounting points and previous repair clues.
Engine & drivetrainCold start where possible, fluids, leaks, noises, gearbox/clutch behavior and visible modifications.
Diagnostics & electricsWarning lights, OBD scan where supported, major electrical functions and mileage plausibility clues.
Road testSteering, brakes, driveline, temperatures, vibrations, noises and basic driving behavior where a lawful test drive is possible.
Model-specific weak pointsThe inspection is adjusted to the known failure areas of the exact model and variant.
Evidence packagePhotos, video, findings and a clear recommendation so the buyer can make a remote decision.
Fee commitment

If the car is wrong, we walk away.

BUY€500

OCG Buy service for the successful purchase, plus agreed inspection travel.

TRAVEL€0.35/km

Inspection travel is shown separately so distance does not disappear inside a vague package price.

NO-BUY€100

If OCG rejects the inspected car: €100 plus inspection travel only. No €500 Buy fee.

What OCG does not promise: no remote inspection can make a used car risk-free, and I cannot guarantee a future U.S. customs or state DMV decision. We document what can be checked, flag uncertainty and stop the purchase when the risk is not acceptable.
Paperwork before port handoff

The document trail matters as much as the condition.

Build-date evidence

Needed for the exact NHTSA 25-year clock when the vehicle label does not settle the date by itself.

Ownership evidence

Foreign title/registration, bill of sale and available ownership records are organized for handoff to you / your broker.

Federal declarations

The site points you to the federal forms and rules, while your U.S. broker confirms and files the correct import declarations for the actual vehicle.
